Additional information

A boiling point determination was conducted as part of a package of physicochemical testing on 2-(Allyloxymethyl) acrylic acid methyl ester (Jai Research Foundation, 2017, Study 203-2-11-18026). The study was conducted in compliance with GLP and the boiling point determination was performed according to EPA OPPTS 830.7220 and OECD test guideline 103.

The boiling point was measured by Siwoloboff method.

The mean boiling point of 2-(Allyloxymethyl) acrylic acid methyl ester was found to be 175.0°C at normal atmospheric pressure.
