Primary degradation through hydrolysis was identified for the substance depending on temperature and pH, in a test according to OECD guideline 111. The hydrolysis half-life decreased with decreasing pH. At pH 9 and 7 a half-life of 22.9 and 1536 h was determined respectively (20 °C) while at pH 4 the substance is considered stable.
