A reliable flash point value is available for the substance 2 -(2 -(2 -butoxyethoxy)ethoxy)ethanol. On the basis that the related but higher molecular weight substance 3,6,9,12-tetraoxahexadecan-1-ol would be expected to have an even higher molecular weight, it is an acceptably conservative approach to use the value for the former as a surrogate.
