Conclusions:
DADMAC in aqueous solution at 60% concentration had no effect on the swimming ability of daphnia magna at a test concentration of 50 mg/l. The EC50 and EC 100 were both greater than 100mg/L. Therefore, the EC0 for DADMAC is 30 mg/l and the EC50 and EC100 are both greater than 60 mg/l.
