The LC50 of DADMAC solution at 38.25% concentration at 96 hours in Rainbow Trout (Salmo gardneri ) was 420 mg/l. Based on active substance this is equivalent to 160.65 mg/l. the NOEC was observed at 180 mg/l test article (68.25 mg DADMAC/l)
