The test substance is composed of several compounds, including the 3 main components MMAC2, MAC3 and MM2AC. The 3 components act uniformly as hardeners for silicone sealing masses. They polymerise, triggered by hydrolysis. The test substance degrades rapidly with a half-life time of <1 hour at 25 °C. Therefore the surface tension of the degradation products of the test substance was determined.
