Explanation for the modification of the dose descriptor starting point:

The NOAELs for all repeat dose toxicity animal studies identified exceed the limit dose of 1000 mg/kg. This low level of toxicity leads to a conclusion that a DNEL does not need to be derived for this substance and it can be considered to be 'low hazard'.
