Description of key information
The study does not need to be conducted for a solid substance that has a melting point < 160 °C (cf. Annex VII, section 7.12, Column 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006). The substance Fatty acids, C14-18 and C16-18-unsatd., zinc salts has a melting point of 101.1 °C and is therefore well below 160 °C. Hence derogation from testing can be applied.
