Conclusion on classification

For the environmental classification of Monoglyme the lowest acute value for aquatic species (EC50 (48h) Daphnia of 4000 mg/L) has to be taken in to account (see Section 6.1.3). Due to the low Log Kow of -0.21 (see Section 4.7), bioaccumulation is unlikely. Monoglyme is not readily biodegradable.

According to the criteria used by DSD 67/648/EEC and 2008/1272/EC Monoglyme has not to be classified as dangerous to the environment.
