Description of key information

Data waived - Study scientifically not necessary / other information available. The study does not need to be conducted because there are no chemical groups present in the molecule which are accociated with oxidising properties and hence, the classificaiton procedure does not need to be applied. According to Column 2 of REACH Annex VII, determining the oxidising properties of nickel sulphamate is not necessary because it does not contain chemical groups associated with oxidising properties. Examples of such groups are nitrates, metal oxides, hypofluorites, difluoroaminopolynitroaryls, perchlorates, bromates and iodites. Reported in Study report #2877-0012: Harlan Labs: Nickel sulfamate hydrate determination of hazardous physico-chemical properties. Study in 2010; Report March 24, 2010.
