Data obtained by Read-Across from ε-caprolactam:

The calculated Koc indicates a low potential for adsorption to soil, sediment, and suspended solids. Considering Henry's law constant, volatilisation from the water surface is not expected to be an important fate path. According to Mackay Level I modeling, epsilon-Caprolactam will distribute almost completely into water (100 %). Only very small amounts will be allocated to sediment (0.01 %) and soil (0.01 %).
