A GLP study on the adsorption/desorption according to OECD guideline 106 is available for Fosetyl-sodium. In this study the adsorption/desorption of the test substance was investigated in five types of soil with different pH, texture, and organic carbon contents sampled from JiLin (#1), Jiangxi (#2), Jiangsu (#3), Shandong (#4) and Ganshu (#5) provinces of China. In this study the Koc values ranged from 613.9 to 9216 L/kg and the log Koc values ranged from 2.79 to 3.96. Therefore, the test substance shows potential to adsorb to sediment, soil, and other particulate organic matter.
