Appearance:

On the basis of physical observation and using the sense of smell, 6-Methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde was determine to be a yellow to beige solid crystals.

Melting point:

Melting point of 6-Methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde is determine in the range of 65 to 66 Deg C.

Boiling Point:

Based on prediction done using MPBPVP v1.43,the Boiling point of 6-Methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde was estimated to be 320.25 Deg C.

Density:

Based on prediction done using ACD/I-Lab 2.0,the density of 6-Methoxy-2-naphthaldehyde was estimated to be 1.169 g/cm3 at temperature 20 Deg C & pressure at 760 Torr.
