One GLP study was available for acute oral and acute dermal toxicity, respectively. In both acute studies the LD50 was > 2000 mg/kg bw.

that 4,4 -methylenebis(2 -chloroaniline) is classified for R22, however
latest studies performed by Japanese laboratories have shown that this
classification is not justified.
