Additional information

Results using phenyl labelled [14C]-SYN545192 demonstrated that the test compound degraded slowly in soil under aerobic conditions (DegT50 of 509 days) to SYN546206, carbon dioxide and other minor components.

Results using pyrazole labelled [14C]-SYN545192 demonstrated that the test compound degraded slowly in soil under aerobic conditions (DegT50 of 514 to >1000 days) to SYN546206, carbon dioxide and other minor components.

Results using phenyl and pyrazole labelled [14C]-SYN545192 demonstrated that the test compound degraded slowly in soil under anaerobic conditions (DegT50 >1000 days) to NOA449410 and other minor components.

Investigation of the rate of degradation of [14C]-SYN546206 was investigated in North Dakota, Gartenacker and 18 Acres soils. The half-lives (DegT50) were 231, 162 and 280 days respectively.

Remark of the registrant: the robust study summaries of the study with metabolite SYN546206 (Ferguson H (2011). Rate of Degradation of 14C-SYN546206 Under Aerobic Conditions in Three Soils at 20°C. Testing laboratory: Syngenta Crop Protection AG. Report no.: 32795. Owner company: Charles River, Tranent, Edinburgh, EH33 2NE, UK. Study number: 218818. Report date: 2012-05-01) is not part of this IUCLID dossier. It is however available on request.
