Additional information

Under sterile aqueous conditions, the substance (SYN545192) was found to be hydrolytically stable at pH 4, 5, 7 and 9 for up to five days at 50ºC and showed no degradation. SYN545192 accounted for 100% of applied radioactivity in every sample analysed. No transformation products were observed in the HPLC analysis of any of the samples.

Only one study is available for this endpoint. It is considered to be relevant, reliable, adequate for risk assessment, and adequate for classification purposes.
