Description of key information

The boiling point for Cyanuric chloride was determined to be 195 °C at atmospheric pressure.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
195 °C

Additional information

A study according to OECD TG 103 and Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.2. was conducted. The determination of the boiling point was carried out by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The boiling point was determined to be 195 degree C at atmospheric pressure. 3 different publications show the same value as the key study for boiling point. This value is thus regarded as reliable. Because it result from experimental method according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 the measured value of the boiling point is taken as key parameter.
