Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

After 15 days of contact between the rubber samples and the water, approximately 1,6% of the 1,4-benzenediamine, N,N'-mixed Ph and tolyl derivs. leached from the rubber into the water phase. Two other tested p-phenylenediamines (N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine and N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine) respectively showed 86.2 and 44.7% of antioxidant leaching from the rubber samples.
