Additional information

Skin Irritation study was performed in accordance to OECD 404. Very slight erythema (grade 1) was observed in one animal only at the 1 hour observation period. All test sites appeared normal at 24 hours. Propoxylated glycerol mw 300 is not a skin irritant according EU criteria following a 4 hour occlusive exposure to rabbit skin. Classification: not irritating.

Eye Irritation study was performed in accordance to OECD 405. Conjuctival redness (grade 2) was observed in the eye of 2 rabbits at 1 hour post-instillation. Residual test material was observed around the treated eye of all rabbits 1 hour after treatment. All irritation fully reversed within 24 hours after dosing.

Propoxylated glycerol mw 300 was not an eye irritant according to EC criteria.

Findings of testing do not warrant classification according to EU GHS.
