Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

% Biodegradation on day 28, based on ThOD: 3 or 5% with or without nitrification, respectively.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed

Additional information

A reliable key study on the ready biodegradability of the test item was available according to OECD 301 F (RCC, 2000, RL1) and in compliance with GLP. A test was performed with 100 mg/L test item, which was directly weighed into the test flasks. After 28 days, no biodegradation was observed under the test conditions. The percentage biodegradation at the end of the test based on the theoretical oxygen demand (ThOD) was 3 or 5%, with or without nitrification, respectively.
