Description of key information

Two key studies for the acute toxicity of the substance to the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna were identified, each conducted in accordance with an established guideline. One study was a static test type, and the other was a semi-static test type; analytical monitoring was conducted in both studies.

Additional information

The substance was shown to exhibit toxicity to the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna; the 48-h EC50 values reported from the semi-static and static tests were 4.1 µg/L and 9.18 µg/L, respectively. The key value of 6.13 µg/L was based on the geometric mean of the 48-h EC50 values from both studies, which were conducted on the same species. The 48-h NOEC was reported as 1.3 µg/L and 3.2 µg/L from the semi-static and static tests, respectively.
