Description of key information

The log Koc for 3 components of the substance were determined to be 4.44 (peak area: 32%), >5.63 (peak area: 32%) and >5.63 (peak area: 36%).

The HPLC method at neutral pH using log Koc reference data was applied for the determination of the adsorption coefficient (Koc) of the substance. The mobile phase was 55/45 (v/v) methanol/water. The column temperature was 35°C. In the HPLC chromatogram of the test substance solution (in m-cresol), 3 peaks were observed. The log Koc for 3 components of the substance were determined to be 4.44 (peak area: 32%), >5.63 (peak area: 32%) and >5.63 (peak area: 36%). The study was performed according to EC C.9 and OECD 121 and in accordance with the principles of GLP.
