Details on results:
The water solubility of Myclobutanil at different pH-values was less than 0.01 g/L as determined by the preliminary test. The average of the water solubility of Myclobutanil at 20°C was 0.124 g/L at pH 3-5, 0.132 g/L at pH 7 and 0.115 g/L at pH 9-11.
Conclusions:
The average of the water solubility of Myclobutanil at 20°C was 0.124 g/L at pH 3-5, 0.132 g/L at pH 7 and 0.115 g/L at pH 9-11.

Description of key information

Water solubility of Myclobutanil has been determined by Pfeiffer (1991) at pH 3-5, 7 and 9-11 in accordance with EEC Guideline A.6 at 20°C. This study has been choosen as the key study as in this study the test item is represented in its purest form.

pH 7 = 0.132 g/L

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Water solubility:
0.132 g/L
at the temperature of:
20 °C
