Additional information

This information is not available. However, information concerning the toxicity of the substance to birds is not a mandatory requirement according to Annexes VII and VIII of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006. Furthermore, in Annex X it is stated that any need for testing should be carefully considered taking into account the mammalian data set. AF-366 shows high bioaccumulation potential, nevertheless secondary poisoning is a route of exposure primarily relevant for substances classified as Very Toxic, Toxic or Harmful. Since AF-366 is not classified as toxic or harmful, the substance is not likely to cause toxic effects in predators. However, a PNEC oral has been calculated using mammalian data for the sake of completeness and considered for further risk assessment.
