Additional information

An acute GLP test with aquatic invertebrate Daphnia magna was performed according to OECD guideline 202 and was identified as key study (BASF 2008). As the test substance is poorly soluble in water an eluate was testet according to OECD 29. After 48 hours of exposure an EL50 >100 mg/L was estimated, related to the loading concentration of the test substance.

In a supporting study performed according to OECD 202, an EC50 above 100 mg/L was estimated. This results supports the results obtained in the key study.
