Effect concentrations
Duration:
96 h
Dose descriptor:
EC50
Effect conc.:
> 100 mg/L
Nominal / measured:
nominal
Conc. based on:
test mat.
Basis for effect:
mobility
Details on results:
The dissolved organic ligand of TN-105 was quantified using HPLC-UV analysis. The part of organic ligand set free was around 1% of the nominal test concentration.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The EC50 for 96-hour acute toxicity on rainbow trout on nominal test item concentrations was determined to be > 100 mg TN-105/L.
