Waiver. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 Annex IX section 9.2.1.3 column 2, a soil simulation testing study is not required as direct or indirect exposure of soil is minimal.

Waiver. In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 Annex IX section 9.2.1.3 column 2, a soil simulation testing study is not required as direct or indirect exposure of soil is unlikely. Exposure potential is expected to be unlikely as the substance is an intermediate product and manufactured and utilized only at one location in the EU and handled under strictly controlled conditions. The low log Kow (0.465) indicates the substance has a low adsorptive potential and not expected to adsorb to soil. Therefore, testing is not necessary.
