A subchronic 90 day dermal toxicity study is not needed, because a subchronic 90 day inhalation toxicity study is available for the substance. The inhalative route of exposure is considered as the most relevant route of exposure for the uses of the substance. According to REACH Annex IX, 8.6.2, column 2 testing by the inhalation route is appropriate if exposure of humans via inhalation is most likely.
