Description of key information

Soil Adsorption Coefficient i.e Koc value of 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid was estimated as 19770 L/kg (LogKoc= 4.2960) by means of MCI method. This indicates that 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulphonic acid will strongly adsorb to the organic carbon fraction of the soil and will not have the tendency to move with the water content in the soil medium.The Koc value of the key study at 20 degC is equivalent to a value of 15816 (LogKoc= 4.1990).
