geeignetem Staubsauger aufnehmen. In gekennzeichnete,
verschließbare Behälter füllen.
Handling and storage
Handling: During handling the substance avoid contact with skin and
eyes and inhalation. During re-/filling and dosing work use
local exhaust ventilation. In cases where technical
extraction or ventilation measures are not possible use
respirator and protective gloves.
Personal protective equipment:
respirator: filtering half-mask FFP
hand protection: protective gloves
eye protection: safety goggles
personal protection: tightly closed working clothes
Prevent static discharges.
Observe the usual precautions for handling chemicals.
Keep the substance away from food and beverage. No eating,
drinking or smoking in the working area. Washing facilities
should be directly closed to the working area.
Dies betrifft
erfahrungsgemäß folgende Arbeiten: Wiege- und
Dossierarbeiten, Ab- und Umfüllen.
Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sind Schutzhandschuhe zu
tragen. Dies betrifft erfahrungsgemäß folgende Tätigkeiten:
Umfüllen, Wiegen, Dosieren.
Persönliche Schutzausrüstung:
Atemschutz: Staubschutzmaske
Handschutz: Schutzhandschuhe
Augenschutz: Schutzbrille
Körperschutz: geschlossene Arbeitskleidung
2. Hinweise zum Brand- und Explosionsschutz:
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen sind zu
treffen.
3. Arbeitshygiene:
Die beim Umgang mit Chemikalien üblichen Vorsichtsmassnahmen
sind zu beachten. Von Nahrungsmitteln und Getränken
fernhalten. Im Arbeitsbereich darf nicht gegessen, getrunken
oder geraucht werden. In unmittelbarer Nähe des
Arbeitsbereiches müssen ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur
Verfügung stehen.
Storage: Keep containers cool, dry and tightly closed.
Behälter kühl, trocken und dicht geschlossen lagern.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Cardbord box with plastic inliner
Kartons mit Kunststoffinlet, Nettogewicht 25 kg.

Exposure controls / personal protection
-. Hygiene measures:
Avoid ingestion, inhalation, skin and eye contact. Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene practice and any legal requirements.Wash hands, forearms and face thoroughly after handling chemical products, before eating, smoking and using the lavatory and at the end of the working period.
Appropriate techniques should be used to remove potentially contaminated clothing. Wash contaminated clothing before reusing. Ensure that eyewash stations and safety showers are close to the workstation location.
-. Eye/face protection:
Safety eyewear complying with an approved standard should be used to avoid exposure to liquid splashes, mists, gases or dusts. Recommended: tightly fitting safety goggles.
-. Hand protection:
Chemical-resistant, impervious gloves complying with an approved standard should be worn at all times when handling chemical products if a risk assessment indicates this is necessary. Use gloves approved to relevant standards e.g. EN 374 (Europe), F739 (US). Suitability and durability of a glove is dependent on usage, e.g. frequency and duration of contact, chemical resistance of glove material and dexterity. Always seek advice from glove suppliers.
-. Skin protection:
Personal protective equipment for the body should be selected based on the task being performed and the risks involved and should be approved by a specialist before handling this product.
-.Respiratory protection:
Respiratory protection by enhanced general ventilation (5-10 air changes per hour). Respirator selection must be based on known or anticipated exposure levels, the hazards of the product and the safe working limits of the selected respirator.
-.Environmental exposure controls:
Emissions from ventilation or work process equipment should be checked to ensure they comply with the requirements of environmental protection legislation. In some cases, fume scrubbers, filters or engineering modifications to the process equipment will be necessary to reduce emissions to acceptable levels.
Stability and reactivity
Danger other than fire: not known
nicht bekannt
Chemical reaction with water: not known
nicht bekannt
Dust explosion: To prevent from dust explosion keep away from ignition
sources and prevent dust expansion (effective exhaust
ventilation, occupational housekeeping).
Staubexplosion kann durch Fernhalten von potentiellen
Zündquellen und durch Vermeidung von Staubentwicklung
(wirksame Lüftungsanlagen, Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz)
verhindert werden.
Dust explosion determined by test: N
Disposal considerations
Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Residues of the substance will be retracted by the
manufacturer.
Restmengen werden vom Hersteller zurückgenommen.
Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: A branch currant treatment has to be taken before dumping
the residual dye works into a sewer (e.g.
precipitation/flocculation with subsequent filtration).
Restfärbeflotten sollten einer Teilstrombehandlung vor dem
Einleiten in die öffentliche Kanalisation unterzogen werden,
z. B. Flockung/Fällung mit nachfolgender Filtration.
Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: European waste catalogue:
04 02 99 dye stuffs and pigments
Abfallschlüssel: 55514 (Deutschland)
Abfallschlüsselnummer (Österreich):
58115 Schlamm aus Textilfärbereien
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Because of the predicted products of an entire combustion
(carbon monoxide, nitogen oxides) a flue gas cleaning has
to be taken.
Die zu erwartenden Produkte der
vollständigen Verbrennung (Kohlenmonoxid, und
Stickstoffoxide) erfordern eine Rauchgaswäsche.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: For the sewage of the dye works a branch currant treatment
has to be taken. The concentrated dye baths have to undergo
a secondary physico-chemical treatment.
Das Abwasser der Färberei sollte einer Teilstrombehandlung
unterzogen werden. Die konzentrierten Flotten, wie
Färbeflotte und Seifbad, sollen einer chemisch
-physikalischen Nachbehandlung unterzogen werden.
