The determination of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/water) was performed according to OECD 123 (2006). The partition coefficient of 2H-Isoindole-2 -ethanesulfonic acid, 1,3 -dihydro-1,3 -dioxo-, potassium salt (1:1) (TA-1) was determined to be Log Pow: -2.934 ± 0.000 (25 ± 1 °C; mean pH 3.9).
