Conclusion on classification

Classification, Labelling, and Packaging Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

Based on the available data on aquatic toxicity and biodegradation, the test item has to be classified as hazardous to the aquatic environment chronic cat. 2 according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), as amended for the tenth time in Regulation (EU) No 2017/776.

Additional the substance has to be classified as hazardous to the aquatic environment acute cat. 2 according to UN GHS, but for CLP a classification for short- term toxicity is not required.
