The LOEC and NOEC values for the green algae, Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata for cell count, cell count yield, and growth rate based on cell count, based on nominal concentrations of test substance were determined to be 15 mg/L (2.6 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content) and 7.5 mg/L (1.3 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content), respectively. The EbC50 value based on cell count and nominal concentrations was 61.6 mg/L (10.8 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content) (95% confidence intervals: 43.9 - 79.3 mg/L (7.7 – 13.9 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content)). The EyC50 value based on cell count yield and nominal concentrations was 61.0 mg/L (10.7 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content) (95% confidence intervals: 43.4 to 78.6 mg/L (7.6 to 13.8 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content)). The ErC50 value based on growth rate based on cell count and nominal concentrations was greater than 120 mg/L (> 21.1 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content).  The LOEC and NOEC values for cell count, cell count yield, and growth rate based on cell count, based on mean, measured concentrations (calculated based on measured values of the bis-ester component) were determined to be 6.35 mg/L (1.1 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content) and 3.24 mg/L (0.6 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content), respectively. The EbC50 value based on cell count and mean, measured concentrations was 35.1 mg/L (6.2 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content) (95% confidence intervals: 25.0 to 45.2 mg/L (4.4 to 7.9 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content)). The EyC50 value based on cell count yield and mean, measured concentrations was 34.7 mg/L (6.1 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content) (95% confidence intervals: 24.6 to 44.7 mg/L (4.3 to 7.8 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content)). The ErC50 value based on growth rate based on cell count and mean, measured concentrations was greater than 67.8 mg/L (> 11.9 mg/L based on ~17.6% solids content).
