Tetraethylammonium heptadecafluorooctanesulphonate meets the screening criterion as a persistent and the criterion as toxic substance. It does not meet the criterion as a bioaccumulative substance. The substance is classified as carcinogenic (category 3) as well as toxic for reproduction (category 2). Therefore, the substance is evaluated as PBT/vPvB.
