Description of key information

No data on biodegradation in soil was available. Since the test substance is readily biodegradable, simulation studies on biodegradation in soils are not provided.

Additional information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 section 9.2.1.3, no study on biodegradation in soil needs to be conducted if the test substance is readily biodegradable. This was demonstrated in a GLP and guideline compliant study (see IUCLID section 5.2.1).
