Any other information on results incl. tables

Thermal Stability

Two DSC-measurements in a closed glass crucibles with the test item showed an exothermal effect in the temperature range of 140 – 340°C with a energy of 597 J/g and 646 J/g respectively.

Explosive Properties

The heat of decomposition was above 500 J/g. Therefore the test on explosive properties was performed.

Mechanical sensitivity (friction):

This test had not to be performed, due to the fact, that the test item is a liquid.

Mechanical Sensitivity (Shock):

No explosion within 6 tests using a mass of 10 kg falling from a height 0.4 m was observed.

Thermal sensitivity:

Three tests with a circular nozzle plate with a hole of 2 and three tests with a circular nozzle plate with 6 mm diameter were performed. The following table gives the results of the thermal stability.
