PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
- Method: A stock solution is diluted to 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 300 ppm dilutions. 0.1 mL of each dilution is mixed with 4.5 mL nutrient broth in a test tube.
- Controls: negative control, solvent control if solvent used
