Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

General Information

Implementation:
EU
Type of classification:
self-classification
Remarks:

The reference substance used to identify one of the main constituents of the substance is listed in Annex VI (Part 3) of the CLP regulation. This constituent 3-aminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexylamine is present in an unreacted form at a concentration rang of 20 -50% and thus above its cut-off value (Annex I, 1.1.2.2 of the CLP regulation).

As a consequence, the classification provided in IUCLID section 2.1 for Mannich base IPD-PTBP -DRAFT / Formaldehyde, oligomeric reaction products with 3-aminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexylamine and 4-tert-butylphenol follows, as a minimum, the harmonised classification of Table 3.1 of Annex VI for 3-aminomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexylamine.
