Description of key information

The Log octanol-water partition coefficient ( log Kow / log Pow ) at 25°C of Fatty acids, C14 -18 and C16 -18 -unsatd., ammonium salts is between 3.1 and 5.1 (estimated by calculation of the Partition coefficient of the constituents). The log Kow of the main constituent ammonium oleate is 4.85 (estimated by calculation).
