Screening Test A

29.13

Screening Test B

32.36

An initial exotherm is observed with an onset of approx. -20°C. This is suspected to be due to glass transition due to the broadness of the peak.

An endotherm is then observed at approx. 30°C which has been attributed to melting.

Conclusions:
Melting Point: 29.19 -29.94°C
Executive summary:

The Melting/Freezing Point of Solvent Blue 79B was determined by differential scanning calorimetry, in accordance with Method A.1 Melting/Freezing Temperature of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 102 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals. The result was 29.19 to 29.94°C
