The substance Celitement is completely insoluble in n-octanol. Therefore, the partition coefficient is zero.
Executive summary:

The substance was shaked for 24 hours in n-octanol and water at 20 °C.

After separation of the two phases, the solved amount of substance was analysed.

In n-octanol no substance was solved.

In dest. water 0.05g/L substance was solved.
