Conclusion on classification
The S-allyl O-pentyl dithiocarbonate does not meet the criteria to be classified for environmental hazards. Based on the hazard assessment of S-allyl O-pentyl dithiocarbonatein section 2.1 and 2.2.in IUCLID 6, available data for the substance and following the “Guidance on Information Requirement and Chemical Safety Assessment R.10, it is concluded that none of the following phrases needs to be assigned according to the criteria described in Directive 67/548 and in the CLP Regulation:

The substance has no potential to cause toxic effects if accumulated via the food chain in higher organisms.Based on on reliable ecotoxicological studies which indicate that the substance is moderately toxic to not acutely toxic and not classified.
Based on the hazard assessment of S-allyl O-pentyl dithiocarbonate in section 2.1 and 2.2, in IUCLID 6., available data for the substance and following the “Guidance on Information Requirement and Chemical Safety Assessment R.16, Environmental exposure estimation”, it is concluded that none of the following symbol and phrases needs to be assigned according to the criteria described in Directive 67/548:T+, T, or Xn and the risk phrases R48, R60, R61, R62, R63, R64
