Some data regarding short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates are reported in database ECOTOX, EPA for Sulfadimidine CAS 57-68-1:

- EC50 Daphnia magna 48h = values 31.4, 39, 109.5 and 185.3 base on different light source used (ref. Jung et all, Ecotoxicology 17(1): 37-45, 2008. Specific experimental condition are explained in the abstract free available on website https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17940867 : The lighting conditions were as follows: (1) fluorescent light only, (2) continuous irradiation with 15 microW/cm(2) UVB, (3) pulsed irradiation with 90 microW/cm(2) UVB for 4 h/d, and (4) natural sunlight (outdoors). Laboratory tests showed that phototoxicity resulting from exposure to continuous UVB light generally increased the acute toxicity of the sulfonamides in Daphnia magna.)

According to the CLP Regulation (EC n.1272/2008) the data of short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates for Sulfadimidine are of no concern for acute aquatic toxicity.
