Key result
Melting / freezing pt.:
>= 130 - <= 140 °C
Atm. press.:
101 325 Pa

Beginning of melting i.e., fine droplets adhering uniformly to the wall of the tube was observed at 130 °C in both samples. The final stage, i.e. no solid particles left, was reached at 140.5 and 140.0 °C respectively.

Description of key information

melting range 130-140 °C (OECD 102, EU A.1)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Melting range at 101325 Pa 130-140°C
