Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- yes
- Conclusions:
- The substance does not induce acute immobilization to daphnia with the saturated solution. ( filtrate of 100 mg/L test item (15.8 mg/L measured))
- Executive summary:
The substance was tested for acute immobilization to Daphnia magna according to OECD guideline 202.
In the test the daphnia were exposed for 48 hours to 50 and 100 % (v/v) of a rough filtrate prepared from a suspension with 100 mg/L of the test item.. The test was performed in duplicate with 10 daphnia per vessel.
The substance did not induce acute immobilization of Daphnia magna at a supersaturated solution of the test item (100 mg/L nominal, 15.8 mg/L measured).
