Description of key information

Additional information

The substance has a very low water solubility and therefore hydrolysis testing is not possible. The identified components may be subject to hydrolysis (esters and amides), but under environmental conditions this is not likely to occur. In the biodegradation study no biodegradation (abiotic or biotic) was observed (biodegradation after 28 days 0%). Based on the logPow (>6.5 in an HPLC test and expected to be > 10) and concomitant calculations of the BCF, no bioaccumulation is expected. The substance is expected to have strong sorptive properties as is reflected by the logKoc of 6 (set at the maximum in a worst case approach, as testing is not possible due to the surface activity of the substance).
