Justification:

Test substance is not ready nor inherently biodegradable, thus it is considered as persistent.

Test substance has a log Kow < 0, thus below the threshold value of 4.5 for bioaccumulation potential set by the screening criteria.

As for toxicity, criteria listed in Annex XIII of the REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) for evidence of non-toxic properties are met. Test substance is not classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic to reproduction or toxic upon repeated exposure, within the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008). The relevant NOEC/EC10 values are above the threshold value of 0.01 mg/l.

Overall, the substance is considered as not PBT / vPvB.
