ECHA's Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Chapter R.11: PBT Assessment (2008d), page 12, states that “The PBT and vPvB criteria of Annex XIII to the Regulation do not apply to inorganic substances". Tungsten trioxide is an inorganic substance, and therefore the PBT and vPvB assessment is not required.
Likely route of exposure is not required for tungsten trioxide, as it was not considered a PBT or vPvB substance.
