Description of key information

A study for the endpoint 'partition coefficient' has not been performed for disodium hydrogenorthophosphate. An adaptation from the standard testing regime is justified on the following basis:
According to Annex VII, section 7.8, column 2 of Regulation No. 1907/2006, the partition coefficient n-octanol/water does not need to be assessed for inorganic chemicals. Disodium hydrogenorthophosphate is an inorganic chemical and therefore the partition coefficient n-octanol/water is not required for this substance.
