Administrative data
First-aid measures
General information: no special measures required.
After inhalation: supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of symptoms.
After skin contact: Wash with water and soap. The product is not irritating to the skin.
After eye contact: Rinse opened eye for several minutes under running water. Then consult doctor.
After swallowing: Rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water (approx. 500 mL). In case of persistent symptoms consult doctor.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing agents: Use fire-fighting measures that suit the environment. CO", extinguishing powder or water jet. Fright larger fires with foam.
Special hazards caused by the material, its products of combustion or flue gas: None
Protective equipment: no special measures required.
Accidental release measures
Person-related safety precautions: Avoid causing dust, wear protective clothing.
Measures for environmental protection: Do not allow concentrated solutions to enter drainage system, surface or ground water.
Measures for cleaning/collecting: collect mechanically.
Additional information: No dangerous materials released.

HANDLING:
Information for safe handling: No special precautions if used correctly. Prevent formation of dust.
Information about protection against explosion and fires: The product is not flammable. No special measures are required.

Further information about storage conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers. This product is hygroscopic.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protective equipment.
General protective and hygienic measures: The usual precautionary measures should be adhered to in handling chemicals wash hands during breaks and at the end of work. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin.
Breathing equipment: Use breathing protection in case of insufficient ventilation. Dust mask according to DIN EC 140 or 149 (FFP1 or FFP2).
Protection of hands: protective gloves: In case of spray contact at least protect index 2 recommend, according to more than 30 min. penetration time (EN 374). Layer thickness of gloves: at least 0.4 mm. In case of prolonged and intensive contact protection 6 is recommended (more than 480 min penetration time EN 374). Layer protection of gloves at 0.7 mm.
Material of gloves: butyl rubber (BR), fluorocarbon rubber (viton), Nitrile rubber (NBR), natural rubber (NR), chloroprene rubber (CR), Neoprene gloves.
Penetration time of glove material: the exact break through time is dependant on the manufacturer of the rubber gloves observations and has to be observed.
Eye protection: safety glasses (DIN 58211, EN 166)
Body protection: Lightweight protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Thermal decomposition/conditions to be avoided: No decomposition if used according to specifications.
Dangerous reactions: None known.
Dangerous composition products: None known.
Disposal considerations
Product recommendation:
Smaller quantities can be disposed with household garbage can be deposited with household garbage after consulting with the operator of the waste disposal facility and the pertinent authorities and under adherence to the necessary technical regulations.
Uncleaned packaging recommendation:
Empty contaminated packagings thoroughly. They can be recycled after thorough and proper cleaning. Packagings that cannot be cleaned are to be disposed of in the same manner as the product. Dispose of packaging according to regulations on the disposal of packagings.
. Recommended cleaning agent: Water, if necessary with cleaning agent.
